1.The full-automatic face mask machine production line equips with one mask body machine and two ear loop machines. The mask body sheets are assembly, and next conveyed to the turnover mechanism by belt. Through the turnover mechanism, the mask tray is flipped to the conveyor belt which is connected to the ear loop machine, and then the mask sheets are conveyed to the first mask tray on the front of the ear loop machine by belt. Finally put the mask sheets into the mask tray of the ear loop machine by air cylinder. After that the ear loop machine automatically welds of the ear loops to masks, covers edges and other actions to finalize the mask production.
2. The full-automatic flat mask machine production line is mainly used for automatic forming of flat masks: the entire roll of fabric is unrolled and driven by rollers, and the fabric passes automatic folding and hemming; the entire length of the nose bridge strip is pulled and unrolled, cut to length and imported to the hemming In the fabric, the two sides are ultrasonically welded to the seal, and then the ultrasonic side seal is cut and shaped by a cutter; the mask is conveyed to the two mask ear loop welding stations through an assembly line, and the final mask is formed by ultrasonic welding; when the mask is completed, it is transported to the flat belt line for collection by conveyor.
